                    <![CDATA[<p>Version 3.1 of the surplus sharing model rules created by Dr Rory Ridley-Duff at Sheffield Business School.&#160; The model rules define Founder shareholders (who act to protect co-operative principles and the social objects of the enterprise), Labour shareholders (who control the enterprise, and receive 50% of surplus value created), and Investor shareholders (who own the enterprise, and receive 50% of surplus value created).&#160; The rules are particularly appropriate for the startup and conversion of enterprises seeking to advance democratic control of labour and capital.</p>
